Alexandra Thele, MD, University Hospitals Cleveland, received a DMRF Clinical Fellowship. Mentored by Aasef Shaikh, MD, PhD., Dr. Thele will begin her fellowship in July 2026, spend year 1 in clinical training with year 2 focusing on clinical research.

Dakota Peacock, MD, Stanford U, received a DMRF Clinical Fellowship. Under the mentorship of Jennifer O’Malley, MD, PhD., he will begin his fellowship at Stanford in July 2026 spending year 1 receiving clinical training with year 2 on clinical research.

Nguyen Minh Thu Pham, PhD, Yale U, received a DMRF Postdoctoral Research Fellowship for “Autophagic Targeting of Nuclear Condensates to Restore Protein Homeostasis in Dystonia.” His work aims to identify new therapeutic targets and potential treatment strategies.
