I suggest you switch to exclusive formula feeding. Continue with cotrimoxazole syrup - I'll explain how in DMs. Count six weeks from the day you stop breastfeeding and then take a day off work to take baby for her repeat test at the clinic

Please don't stress about grandparents. They will do what they want no matter what you say. So let them be. Day care at this age and during this time is not advisable unless you really have no other options. So let baby go to the grandparents. But don't stress 💓
