When @MarcosPizza keeps you on hold for 20 minutes because they sent you a regular pizza instead of a gluten free. I just wanted to buy pizza for my friends birthday, but it’s fine. 🤬
To update, I was on the first phone call for 16 minutes then the second for 34 then told that it was my fault and that I should call to order. Yeah I’m going to call and sit on hold for a total of 50 minutes to order a pizza. Thanks so much for the great birthday @MarcosPizza
Yeah but you usually use a different platform such as Facebook to share the content. I do agree that the search capabilities on YouTube are the best out of all the platforms. #UAkronMarketing
A4: I think YouTube is going to rule in 2019. They have put in motion so many changes but I assume that this is to support viewers and content creators to communicate effectively plus it is the 2nd biggest search platform and that will only get bigger #uakronmarketing
A2: Google knows better than anyone else that marketers need to integrate their social platforms with paid search. People use Google so much and SM marketers can use that to their advantage #uakronmarketing
Q2: Companies have to show their value add in their media it’s not enough anymore to just gain awareness. I might see you’re posts daily but if you don’t have a hook or a niche then I’ll never click on it. #UAkronMarketing
I think @TOMS does a great job at telling their story. They adhere to their cause and their story is made very public from their social media to their packaging. It is also an easy to understand story. It is not lengthy nor is it complex it's just there. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
My favorite story teller is Margaret Atwood, writer of the MaddAddam Series. She is a great story teller because all of her stories have a subtle warning included in them. She also has wonderful character and plot development.

My favorite trend is phone games. I think this is a great because it helps to build brand equity and keeps the brand in the foreground of peoples mind. This hasn't been possible until now because the tech just wasn't there before now. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
I think @ipsy should try to partner with shows like @ProjectRunway and @NexTopModel_. Ipsy is all about being on the cutting edge of makeup and beauty and I believe that Ipsy would have similar target audiences as these two shows.

I think this is effective. Hundreds of thousands of people watch the Oscars every year, @Walmart wants to target many types of people because they sell many products that can cater to many different audiences.

This is a sign from @UAZipAssist advertising their new Help-A-Zip program. It has a call to action to connect online with ZipAssist as well as being an offline marketing material. It is effective because more students see it than they would online.

I think that dedication and superior performance are what binds the @Olympics official sponsors together. I believe @ProcterGamble has the best olympics brand alignment because it has all of these elements in all of their products and advertisements.
