Having to buy five different copies of the EXACT SAME BOOK just to read the bonus scenes of different characters is a new low in book capitalism.
Don't do this to your readers. No one should have to spend 100 on five copies of the SAME BOOK.

Reading @rcbregman's Human Kind, which takes the hypothesis that humans are innately good but that experts, politicians, public etc will go out of the way to reject that idea in every discipline/area.

Took me 15 months to reread #TheMistsofAvalon. I had to keep stopping because there is SO MUCH INCEST. And, of course, because I'm reading it for my research on motherhood in fantasy, I had to take notes on all the lovely defense of incest quotes. 🤮🤮

The College wanted me to spend £180 getting the booklets reprinted with the changes they demanded.
Now remember, the other half of my work was about fighting fascism - people who love to ban books!
So obviously I refused to censor my work.
