I know that Amazon gets a bad press but I have recently experienced first class customer service in relation to a purchase which the manufacturer was being difficult with. Amazon just accepted the problem and a prompt refund.

I didn't get paid. Trust thought they weren't responsible for paying me Urgent payment is promised, no details of how much ? insufficient for my mortgage & bills No access to payslips system, emails ignored. I emailed & asked for a payslip & told they can't provide it.

There won’t be many there sadly.
Live opera - in front of a live audience - is returning to the UK for the first time since lockdown at @glyndebourne #glyndebourne in August. Mesdames de la Halle will be staged outside, #LondonPhilharmonic orchestra reduced from 40 to 13. Max audience 200 #opera

Another cancelled service 0800 Norwich to London. This is my 6th out of 9 trains in a row disrupted and again late for work. A disgrace.

@RichmoMusic I have just read your review on Don Giovanni. I agree wholeheartedly about needless applause before the music has finished. At a concert the audience is diffident and waits to applaud until the last note of the last cord has died away. Can we start a campaign?

At Saffron Hall on Sunday Michael Thorne conducting showed how to control the audience for long seconds to complete silence at the end of each act of an excellent Tristan und Isolde.
Just a thought, if the politicians are so keen on further debate about Brexit why not abondon their political conferences? and give them time.....
@greateranglia another lost advantage of first class as free beverages go at weekends.

Oh and no internet so unable to work.
What is the compensation for missing the performance having left East Anglia at 1430, having booked a stay in London and then return on Saturday?

Yet another poor day on GA. Train faults and now overhead line problems on mainline.

I so agree. When I went to my new post in Norfolk the doctors dining area was so important. Just those conversations that could be had made significant opportunities to improve individual patient care. They could not happen elsewhere x.com/DrSerenWilliams/status…

"35% of consultants never eat meals at work with consultant colleagues" I find this really sad. Lunch or coffee with my friends/junior doctor colleagues is one of the highlights of my day and an informal way to share ideas/experiences. Why does this stop when you're a consultant?

is there any info when trains Norwich to London will resume? Can we go via Cambridge on advance ticket?@greateranglia
