Metropolitan Police officers were called to the Limehouse area of east London on Sunday evening following.
The owner of the dogs was tasered and arrested at the scene.

A family in Fort Smith, AR, just shared a horrific story of a pit bull attack on their farm, in which one of their cows, Maple, was attacked, dragged into a pond, and drowned by the dogs. The entire family, children included, are traumatized. The pits have yet to be put down.
