@British_Airways received email asking to check in all bags. Arrived at Malpensa airport one hour before. BA staff walked past us leaving an empty desk, no message to help. Awful ticket desk customer service, told to buy a £450 new ticket to get home. Stressful, rude & shocking.

@British_Airways No one has got back to me at all in 2 weeks? I have always been loyal to BA but this time you really take the biscuit. You ruined the end of our holiday, charged us £500, costs us £160
I’m lost luggage, £50 in airport pick up and then you don’t respond? Robbery.

This is a really important meeting. As well as CW9, we’ll be making decisions on progressing Workplace Parking Levy proposals to support a new Brentford to Southall rail link and the council’s response to Heathrow expansion consultation #AirQuality #ClimateEmergency #PublicHealth
