SSgt (SSI) Sadler and his @armyboxingteam are building up to the UKAF boxing championships this week in Plymouth, where they will be boxing against the Navy and RAF and the winner will lift the Inter-Services trophy.

Already an @armyboxingteam legend having represented @gbboxing and winning a bronze medal for @WelshBoxing at the Commonwealth Games, @ashleyjohnw is now a quality referee and even coaches the next generation at a civi club. The epitome of selfless commitment ๐๐

What a week ๐ over 70 bouts this week with the Army individuals upgrading as a referee. To top it off me and Dave Grice started our referee course together and then both have successfully upgraded together ๐ some great boxing on show which shows a great future for the ABT ๐
