When you get news that’s so utterly tragic, you can’t believe it to be true. Then you go to bed and the night daemons change the facts of the story as sort of a terrifying dream and you wake up even more distraught to the point of crying. Absolutely no words 💚

Hey Dom, what’s cooking this weekend? Well today is a slow roasted leg of lamb (Thank you Sainsbury’s, half price 👌🏻) and a pulled pork butt for a dinner in the week. Traeger in since 7am, I’m now off for a run.
