Stopped to help another rider pick up about 50 drawing pins scattered on Cudham Lane South this afternoon. It is a fast descent and a tyre blowing out here could have serious consequences.

I was deliberately rammed by a car, caught on dashcam by a Tesco van. Driver said his van was No. 96. Neither the police nor Tesco say they can identify the van. Asked a Tesco driver in our road, "that would be out of the Croydon depot". Every little helps @Tesco Not for me
