Cigar humidor check - found a few with mold in the foot - not good. They were all in original packaging, including wrappers, the cigar box, and even the outer cardboard. Didn't affect all in the box or humidor. Bummer. LFD Andalusian Bull. Byron 25th Anniversary.

Gov report confirms AT LEAST ~$3 trillion in cumulative improper payment estimates since FY 2003, including $186 billion in FY 2025. That is a lowball figure - GAO explicitly states in related reports that “the actual amount of improper payments may be significantly higher.”
