Someone complaining now my son has messed it up. Heโs is autistic and is in tears, your driver is out of order. Why is the bus going to Thorne and not coming back to Doncaster!! My son is so scared right now!!!!!!!!!

Then called your customer services for help and was cut off!!! Then the driver leaves me son in the middle of no where!! Told him to get the 84 because heโs not gonna get off his shift anytime soon!!! Really!!!!!!!!

@FirstSouthYorks My son forgot his pass, heโs in school uniform and clearly school age. Instead of getting a weekly paper ticket I asked for a day paper saver and the bus driver refused because heโs not under 11 and needs his zoom pass. What the difference ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ theyโre both child

Tickets!!! Ridiculous rules.. if a child is in school uniform they shouldnโt be questioned on their age!!! The drivers have no customer service skills, rude, cleaver, and snapping at school children!

Iโm seeing quite a lot of people on here implying or even overtly stating that making reasonable adjustments for children with SEND is somehow wrong, lowering teacher expectations and unfair. Just because you canโt see a disability it doesnโt mean itโs not there. What Iโm reading
