December 3, 1978 at the Houston Astrodome. Steelers safety Donnie Shell hit Oilers RB Earl Campbell so hard that the "Tyler Rose" had to leave the game because of broken ribs. "The Torpedo" was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2020.

As a kid, we would play a neighborhood football game every Sunday after church. Everyone wanted to be Jim Brown. Thoughts and prayers for his family during this time.
