Very disappointed in @AmericanAir! Thursday night flight delayed multiple times, then cancelled late at night. Customer service not helpful and very rude. Rebooked flight cancelled after $150 Uber to be close to other airport. A shame that customer service can’t be better.

Very disappointed with @Xfinity. Website said service was avail at new address and have now gone back and forth with them for a MONTH, people have been out 3x - still no service or hope in sight. Manager promised to call back last Thurs & can’t even get follow up. #xfinityfail
