6 Japanese techniques to overcome laziness (picture unrelated) Ikigai: This concept encourages you to find the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. By aligning your activities with your Ikigai, you can overcome laziness by engaging in tasks that resonate with your core passions and talents. Kaizen: This principle translates to "continuous improvement." It emphasizes making small, manageable changes to achieve significant progress over time. By focusing on gradual improvements, you can overcome laziness and procrastination. Pomodoro Technique: This method involves working for 25 minutes without distractions, followed by a short break. The Pomodoro Technique helps maintain concentration, prevent burnout, and overcome the inertia of laziness by breaking tasks into focused intervals. Hara Hachi Bu (Eat until 80% full): This practice encourages eating slowly and stopping when you are about 80% full. By maintaining a balanced energy level and avoiding overindulgence, you can overcome laziness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Shoshin (Beginner's Mind): This mindset encourages approaching every task with curiosity and openness, as if you were doing it for the first time. Shoshin helps cultivate a fresh perspective and can lead to more proactive engagement in tasks. Wabi-Sabi: This concept is about finding beauty in imperfection and accepting the natural cycle of growth and decay. By embracing Wabi-Sabi, you can overcome the fear of failure and take action, rather than being hindered by the pursuit of perfection.

ALTS dumping 50% in a few weeks is absolutely unprecedented, if you think this a normal correction, think again. Calls for deeper corrections make little sense to me. The point of this correction was to make you feel like the bull market is over and we went deep, the market's mission was accomplished. The weak hands are cleared out IMO. All of this is super bullish, back up very soon πŸš€πŸš€
