I have seen the hundreds of remarks in the "crooked judges' groups with a cumulative total over more than 100,000 members in just a few groups combined. I have answers to your questions and know I will respond, I always do, it just takes some time because I'm working around the clock on combating fraud, deception, corruption, and bad faith by state actors who are busted. They know they're busted; they know the hammer is coming down, and they're tyrannical because if it. A lot of sloppy criminal mistakes were made by very bad actors who have been flying under the radar for a very long time, and it just so happens that because I READ, I've become increasingly keen on identifying where the fraud is hidden and have had extremely smart individuals working with me, who have special knowledge of information which can only be found through private channels. The situation has intensified because there is no way out - between the IRS and the Court of Federal Claims, the Constitution and God, there's no longer a place to hide. There are a number of individuals, like myself, who have become targets. The pattern is always the same. The unbonded judge is executing duty from a vacant office and targets subjects who will NEVER be able to figure out what the hell is going on, 99% of us. (Do you know how many innocent people are in prison?) The Constitution and the Statutes make this Self-Executing by Operation of Law. Which means, when there is a fact that cannot be disputed, like an oath is simply not on file with the Secretary of State, it is a fact and there is no room for discretion. No judge has discretion over this fact, it's MINISTERIAL. The proof is with the Secretary of State, who has NO PROBLEM disclosing this information as they do not want the liability, attention, or backlash. They're excellent to work with. Many Judges have been using public funds for private gain for a very long time, which is "Misappropriation," and just one of many REAL crimes that end careers and put them behind bars. Tax Court is sealed so you won't read about those cases. When they realize they're trapped, they either cooperate and settle the accounting, which the IRS prefers because they have so much fraud they're auditing right now and resistance only makes their jobs more difficult, which really pisses them off, or the bad actors instead, lose all faculties and commit crimes without even concealing them. They do not know God - they are part of a Masonic fraternity. These are not courts of Law. These are inferior Revenue courts with "lower" judges. All of this information is public but it takes trained eyes to find and requires extraordinary reading. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. I was arrested in court on February 20th for appearing "Specially" and not "Generally" under the color of law. My IRS Auditor Relator was blocked from Witness Zoom access to assist in settling the accounting matters, peacefully. The "judge" which is unbonded, executing duty from a vacant office, who has ZERO authority, refused to allow me to speak and sure as hell didn't answer my question about the NATURE of the arrest. He charged me with "Bail Jumping" pretending I wasn't there and "Impersonating a Public Officer" for uploading corrected tax forms into the court file per the instructions of my Auditor, to CORRECT the record. He opened an entirely new case, with my SSN, without my consent, THE NIGHT BEFORE, to make accounting even more difficult for the IRS and to issue new Bonds for monetization. It was all premeditated. This is what they do to people who figure out what's going on. When you're not a criminal and you know this as fact, you're going to have to understand how the hell you ended up in a courtroom. I figured it out alright, because the actors actually wrote it in the INCIDENT REPORT. If I had not READ the report, I would never have seen that it was referred by US BANK, the Court's BANK, and then later converted by the DA to be "State of Wisconsin."
