Simple Clove Water Recipe
Ingredients: 4β5 whole cloves, 1 cup (250 ml) water.
Method 1: Boiling (Fastest)
Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot.
Add the cloves and let them simmer for 5β10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover, and let it steep for another 10β15 minutes.
Strain and drink.
Method 2: Soaking (Overnight)
Add 4β5 whole cloves to a glass of water.
Cover and let it soak overnight (8β12 hours).
Strain and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
