A colleague's car was hit today by a 2-wheeler ridden by young girl without #helmet. Thankfully, no 1 was injured. He was fortunate in another way too—crowd didn't instantly blame 4-wheeler. #RTA must be judged by facts, not assumptions, vehicle type, or gender. #RoadSafety
