In collaboration with Dr. @drleish we established simple and innovative method for Assessment of autophagy in Leishmania parasites biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…. Our method will certainly help to improve Leishmania infection treatment strategies via targeting parasite metabolism

A plaque has been unveiled in Brodie Atrium celebrating the life/work of Dr. Forough Khadem. A scholarship was created in her memory which recognizes an outstanding international female graduate student who demonstrates leadership and a desire to impact the world through science.
