New guidance on delivering psychological interventions & therapies with people with Bulimia Nervosa (BN) has been added to matrix.nhs.scot - outlining the formats & types of psychological intervention & therapy effective in helping with the symptoms, distress and impact.

Mental health & physical health are often treated as distinct entities. The reality is that mental health & physical health are deeply & intimately interconnected & intertwined. When one deteriorates, the other often follows suit. Likewise when one improves so too does the other.
