Reflecting on a bizarre midweek game. A 7-3 win at Tibshelf that had everything. Our wingback hit a hat-trick, scored an own goal, and saw red in a hugely debatable call.
The referee's assessor saw it as a yellow card.
The appeal has been turned away; imagine our shock.

Good start to May for us, back to winning ways with a 4-1 result. Played some decent football in patches and got our reward with the goals.
Plenty to build on from today, and a solid all-round performance to get us moving again.

Solid 2-0 win over Glapwell, controlled and professional. Disappointing result against Tupton this morning , massive footballing lesson and one we will learn from.
Overall a very mixed week, but we’ll keep working and look to respond the right way in the next one.

Two good results for us. Solid 3-0 performance, then followed it up with an 8-1 where everything clicked going forward.
Fair play to both sides, but we’re building nicely and looking to keep that form going into the final few games.

Tough one for us today.
Down to the bare 11 with club captain away on international duty and the same old injuries biting again with two of us walking wounded second half but gave a good account of ourselves!
Credit to Green United but we know we’ve got more to give. 🌳

The Oak came away 5-0 winners this morning with a depleted squad yet again. Resulting in the gaffa having to go in between the sticks and ending up with broken ribs in the process.
Brilliant display from the men who add another 3 points for the season. 🌳

The lads know what's needed and will be looking to build on previous results and performances.

Over the last four games, results show real grit from the lads. With injuries getting no better and the squad thinning, they’ve dug deep to grind out points in recent weeks.
We look on to Wingfield White Hart next weekend, which we know will be another grind-battling fixture🌳

Tough pill to swallow yesterday.
1-0 up at HT and then an absolute collapse 2nd half to fall to a 5-1 defeat .

We travel to familiar opponents Green United this weekend , as attention turns to the Chatsworth Cup. 🏆

Our cup journey ends at the quarter-final stage with a 4–2 defeat to White Swan FC. First game back showed, injuries playing a part. Focus now turns to our other cup competition next weekend🌳

After a couple of weeks without a run-out, the lads are finally back in action and on the road, heading into Derby to face White Swan FC 🦢🚌.
With a place in the semi-final up for grabs, we’re looking to get our names back in the hat as we continue our strong run🌳⚽️.

We turn our attention to the cup this weekend as we welcome @EspialFC_ in the 3rd round of the Derbyshire Junior Cup.
The lads are full of confidence heading into this one after last weekends result and are looking forward to what’s going to be a tough test 🌳

Relentless from minute 1 and in control all morning . 🌳
Was difficult to decide a MOM with everyone putting a shift in but it came down to the incredible link up play and a well deserved goal to go with it .

Admin on stag do, so from information sent , the boys were shambles first 30 minutes to see themselves 2-0 down , however mentality monsters brought it back to see the oak come away with another 3 points in a 4-2 victory! 🌳
