Our in-country partner in South Sudan is empowering women in the business of well repair so women can take the lead in the provision of clean drinking water and earn an income.๐ง๐ธ๐ธSo far, the female mechanics have repaired 90 clean water wells!
Working with our catering supplier Chartwells and charity drop4drop, purchases of bottled Life Water at Bryanston have enabled a remote Indian community access to reliable/clean water for the first time.

The theme this year is Groundwater Making the Invisible Visible and we would like to highlight the importance of protecting our groundwater from pollution and using it sustainably๐๐ #cleanwaterforall
All of the above! Water, sanitation, and hygiene programs work together to prevent the spread of most illnesses and are one of the most effective ways to reduce child death. When children don't collect water, they have more time to attend school and have more energy to learn. ๐
SDG 6 aims to achieve universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all by 2030. In addition, achieve access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all and end open defecation, paying special attention to the needs of women and girls. ๐ง๐ฝ
The correct answer is 6 KM! Women and children collectively walk 200M miles per day collecting often dirty and unsafe water. This is extremely time consuming and takes time away from time in education and work. ๐ฃ๐
We work in 6 locations including India and countries across Africa. In each country we work with a local team who liaise with communities in need. We are always looking to expand and work in new countries to alleviate the World Water Crisis in as many locations as we can. ๐๐
Currently 771M people, or 1 of 10, donโt have access to clean water close to home (WHO/UNICEF, 2021). Due to lack of clean water, women and children often walk long distances to collect, often dirty and unsafe, water.๐ง๐
