Ok my third theater experience was with @deeplyrootedchi dance company. And let me tell you, the theater is so much more hopeful than the internets. I found what Iāve been missingāmovement, beauty, sensuality, joy, and community. Loved it!
Todayās @drpdance class was everything: therapy, church, a reunion. My spirit just really needed it. I donāt know how I didnāt just cry right there in the studio.
