I can’t be the only one who thinks this China visit with all the US technocrats was nothing more than a staged dog and pony show and basically achieved nothing. No deals, investment, or change in regulation. Only “China wants the Straight open, doesn’t want Iran to have a nuke.”

So what happens next? I would look for Russia to blockade all vessels headed to the US in the Atlantic and China to blockade all vessels headed to the US from the Pacific. The US Navy diluted amongst 3 fronts…check and mate.

Serious question…who is running Axios?

Bongino gone, Noem gone, Bondi gone, Patel gone. Who TF cares. We know from Trumps first term he’s just going to pick someone who’s worse. Trump has zero intuition or discernment.

Funny thing is, I don’t think Iran has any say in when this war ends…and neither does Trump.

I think the presumption of cutting the FFR or doing more QE than what they are doing now is bullish equities is fallacious.

All I see is a staunch rejection of NYMOs zero line as it morphs into a complex sub zero structure which is not common, but also not bullish.

Don’t see anyone on X thinking we go below 6000.

It just seems like quarterly opex is going to be really important.

No one on X even thinks a 200W MA test is possible at this point. I personally don’t even think it will hold, but that’s not tomorrow.
We are still 25% above the 200W MA and farther from it than the post-inaugural peak.

Kinda gives you “Fed won’t do anything or project anything” vibes. This could deflate the Fed-watch rate hike bets and be a short term boon for markets, but not enough to breach 6855.
The Fed might prefer to say nothing this week. But the projections force them to sketch out a path. Two former Fed presidents told me they'd want to avoid projecting near-term cuts in the current situation. Whether sitting officials do the same is somehow the central drama at a meeting where hawks and doves alike could dig in by pointing to the same shock. wsj.com/economy/central-bank…

Between NYMO likely to push under -100, a red VIX and a few other things, it seems like next week could see a counter trend rally. I doubt it goes any higher than 6855.

Just guessing the UFO files will be less redacted than the Epstein files.

Perhaps the market will keep going down until we bomb Iran.

What if the gold to silver ratio is just mean reverting to its 5000 year historical average at 12. It was 120 10 months ago and is now around 45

Well my childhood dream was filling the toilet surface completely with bubbles, but this is still pretty cool.

“…leave the Presidency” is not priced in. Nor would he even say that if it hadn’t crossed his mind.
THE TRUMP KENNEDY CENTER HONORS will be broadcast tonight, on CBS, and Stream on Paramount . Tune in at 8 P.M. EST! At the request of the Board, and just about everybody else in America, I am hosting the event. Tell me what you think of my “Master of Ceremony” abilities. If really good, would you like me to leave the Presidency in order to make “hosting” a full time job? We will be honoring true GREATS in the History of Entertainment: Sylvester Stallone, Michael Crawford, KISS, George Strait, and Gloria Gaynor.
