In late October the Swedish Presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (@TheIHRA ) hosted the International Conference on the Genocide of the Roma and Combating Antigypsyism. I had the opportunity to present some aspects of my research on the Danish case.

At the international Roma Genocide Conference in Stockholm organised by @IHRA members of @ERGO_Network@FAGIC1 and @LaVoixdesRroms discussed historical perspectives on antigypsyism, issues concerning terminology and recognition, and how we can combat antigypsyism today.

Talking about #inflation: We spent the last 23 days in #Argentina to visit family. The day we arrived we got 220 Pesos for 1$. The last day, we received 330 Pesos. Inflation rate may hit 90% this year (and hasn't been 1digit the last decade)! Imagine the impact on daily life!
The Palacio de Aguas Corrientes was build in late 19th century to secure water supply for growing Buenos Aires. The Swede Carl August "Carlos" Nyströmer supervised the project. The eclectic architecture hides pump station & massive water tanks.
