A man recorded two teenagers riding E-bikes through an Orange County, California Walmart, who he says, almost hit his wife and special needs daughter as they shopped. “I went into protection mode and wanted to stop them before they hurt someone. I am an avid e-bike rider myself and want the streets and now stores safe from these dangerous kids on these dangerous e-motos," the man said. According to KTLA, deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department were called to the scene, but the teens had already left by the time they arrived.
