GM ecom twitter been quiet the past few months. was locked in building AI systems to launch brands faster. everything is AI now: - product shoots - ads - copywriting - landing pages - marketing research - content - workflows just crossed $208k last 30 days on this new brand. currently doing ~$30k/day (approaching $1M/month pace) ask me anything.

Great question. One important thing: I almost never start from a blank page. Before generating ads with AI, I first collect inspiration from winning concepts used by other brands. The goal isn’t to copy ads, but to identify patterns that already work in the market: - hooks - angles - storytelling structures - objection handling - visual formats Once I have those concepts, I adapt them to our brand using the research we gathered earlier (customer language, pain points, desires, etc.). Then AI helps turn those adapted concepts into: - video ad scripts (UGC, problem/solution, founder story, etc.) - static ad copy - multiple hook variations So the workflow is essentially: winning concepts > adapt to customer insights > generate creatives > test variations The advantage of AI is that it lets us generate and iterate on many concepts much faster than doing everything manually.

Here’s how I do my market research with AI: First, I prefer collecting the data myself rather than letting AI do it for me. So I use APIs (mainly from Apify) to scrape the content I need from: - Forums (Quora, Reddit) - Social media (Facebook groups & comments, TikTok comments, X threads, YouTube videos & comments) - Competitor data (Amazon reviews, Trustpilot reviews) I also gather first-party data (post-purchase surveys, Facebook comments, etc.). Once everything is collected, I use Claude and Perplexity to analyze the dataset and extract insights. The goal is to build various marketing and copywriting documents that I use at every step: messaging, wording, angles, objections, hooks, etc. The most important parts of the process are: - high-quality inputs - good prompting - grounding the analysis in classic marketing and copywriting frameworks.

Le moment où j'ai pu faire mes premiers "gros" chiffres en e-com, c'était quand j'avais claqué toutes mes économies pour un coaching (genre littéralement tout, j'ai carrément du négocier un paiement en plusieurs fois sinon je n'avais pas de quoi payer les ads et le stock). Pari très risqué, mais potentiellement l'un des meilleurs moves que j'ai pu faire. Morale: prenez des risques, investissez en vous. C'est pas une raison de faire confiance à n'importe qui non plus, faut pas déconner lol Chaque risque doit être mesuré, et vous devez y croire à 100% L'astuce c'est de reconnaitre qu'est-ce qui vous retient d'investir: est-ce la peur ? ou est-ce que vous aves un presentiment que la personne va vous scam ? Si vous arrivez à faire la part des choses, vous ne regretterez jamais votre investissement. Perso j'ai dépensé énormément dans dans des coachings/formations et bien que certains aient été moins quali je suis toujours reparti avec une info, un insight, ou un état d'esprit qui a fini par me servir tôt ou tard.
Les milliardaires investissent des millions sur eux-mêmes. Les millionnaires investissent des centaines de milliers sur eux-mêmes. Les pauvres ne veulent rien dépenser.
