The latest review of Suertudo in the Independent says it could benefit from ‘a little olé olé’ in terms of atmosphere. Mariachi bands are not needed. Suertudo has the same vibes as several Mexico Coty restaurants I’ve eaten in. It’s perfectly ‘Mexican’
