: when did you realize acting was going to be your path?
| it happened during university. before that, it wasn’t my dream at all. i had never thought about becoming an actor cause my background was in engineering and academics. i was also an exchange student. then i enrolled at KMUTL one of the most well-known engineering universities in thailand and several staff members asked me to be a drum major. photos of me started circulating widely people began noticing me and gmmtv contacted me. it was one of those opportunities that only come once in a lifetime. when SIMM became successful i realized that maybe this was really something for me cause i love portraying different personalities and characters. everything started in 2021 and that’s when i fell in love with acting
…
: is there a promise you’ve made to yourself about work that you still keep today?
| it’s something that stays with me all the time. my motto is to keep moving forward one day at a time overcoming each day as it comes. my biggest goal is still to make my family happy and become the leader of my family. my dad is quite strict; he’s the head of the household and he hasn’t given me that title yet. it’s something i genuinely want from him. i tell him “i’ll prove to you that i can do it” and he replies “we’ll see” that’s pretty much what our relationship is like. however, over the past two years, he’s given me a lot of trust so i believe i’m on the right track
…
: when a role is very different from who you are what’s the first thing you do to make it believable?
| the first thing i do is ask the director about the character’s background—what they’ve been through and what kind of person they are. then i look for a reference point, usually a film that i can connect the character to. for Kamin, for example, something like peaky blinders works as a reference. sometimes, for style and mannerisms, i even watch cartoons. i watch movies, attend a lot of workshops, and take acting classes designed specifically for that character. i also believe physical transformation is very important. for Style in the heart killers, i was extremely slim—i even paid attention to my waistline, along with my hair and facial expressions. for Kamin on the other hand, i gained quite a lot of muscle mass
….
: do you need time to let go of a character after playing them?
| the character doesn’t leave me immediately. they stay with me for a long time. i think it takes about a month before i truly feel like myself again. i don’t see it as a negative thing at all. in fact with characters like Style and Kamin i can understand each of their perspectives and carry some of that into my real life. for example the way Kamin handles difficult cases is similar to how i might approach a challenging job
…
: what is your favorite part of this job?
| without a doubt meeting people—fans, staff members and colleagues. everyone here is very kind, and there’s a great deal of support. i also thrive on emotional support. people support me and i want to give something back and return all that love and affection
…
: what would your closest friends say is your best quality and your most annoying habit?
| as a strength many of them would say that i’m friendly easygoing and calm. i’m willing to do almost anything as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone and i’d say that’s one of my best qualities. as for my flaw they constantly tell me that i eat too much. whenever i go out with friends i always stop to get something to eat—almost every hour. i always need to have something to snack on. they look at me and go “come on again?” and wonder how i can possibly eat that much
