It occurred to me a week or so ago that I hadn’t seen my mum this year, arranged a visit last Friday, beat Wolves, went to see her this Friday, beat Villa. Best get down there again this week

25/04/1987: At White Hart Lane, 39 years ago today, those in attendance witnessed the final Tottenham goal of Glenn Hoddle’s career. It was the third in a 3–1 victory over Oxford and was, characteristically, an effort of considerable quality.

It wouldn't be a proper Easter Sunday without the guy singing Mule Train and whacking himself with a tin tray.

Scarred For Life Hall of Famer HARTLEY HARE, operated and voiced by the great Nigel Plaskitt, was the undoubted star of ITV kid's show Pipkins (1973). He was vain, arrogant, conceited, and looked like he'd had a brush with myxomatosis. I adore him.

On of my all time favourite away games. Went up in a minibus that we parked by Stanley Park. The house we were outside was owned by Evertonians, who gave us tea & sandwiches after the game! We in turn chipped in to give the kids £20. Stereotypes ahoy!
#OnThisDay in 1995 Teddy Sheringham & Jurgen Klinsmann combined twice to knock Liverpool out of the FA Cup after Liverpool took the lead Sheringham's flick for Klinsmann's winner is exquisite👌
