@RoyalMailHelp how long should it take to deliver a small package from your delivery office in Andover to a property a mile and a half away? As so far its taken 3 days ! 🤔 the tracking number says it was out for delivery on wednesday, any ideas??

@GateEnterprise can you follow a simple request of using the postal service and NOT UPS, and resent my order back to me via UPS and not the postal service takes the piss. I ordered the G5 motor on prerelease so i could get it early, and that was in september time, still not seen

I mean,296 kms and a 3 hour drive has taken 53 days, thats 7.5 weeks.
This entire debarcle has clearly shown how incompetant the company is at doing its job. From rude delivery drivers, support staff unable to speak coherant english, being lied to constantly, demands ...

Do you have a parcel that needs to be returned by the same courier that tried to deliver it? Yes? Then dont use @UPS @UPS_UK or @UPSPolska as its been on its way back now for 37 days now and its not moved from the depot in Poland. Perhaps its been stolen and they wont admit it.

Well, 37 days waiting in a warehouse, 2 different years and still @UPS @UPS_UK @UPSPolska cant figure out how to deliver a package back to the sender. Im wondering how long we can go with this. Does Carol B. Tomé know the companies name is being sullied?
