I use @MuxHQ 's new Robots product to organize 500 GB of family home videos from the 90s. I created a custom Youtube for my family with titles, descriptions, tags and all. It only cost $10 and my family has already spent countless hours watching these old memories

These videos sat unwatched for decades. With agents Mux Robots I was able to organize them all and make them consumable again. This might be the most fun I've ever had building something. mux.com/blog/using-mux-robot…

OpenClaw feels like LangChain. Really powerful and makes WOW demos but ends up being the wrong level of abstraction because eventually you realize you actually want to control the prompts, the flow of data between each step and the context that is being sent to the LLM

We released the `mux/ai` package -- and shipped it with durable `"use workflow"` functions When I first saw "use workflow" from @vercel I thought. Hmm, that looks weird. I don't know if I like that

The key thing here is that the functions are isomorphic. You can call them in a normal node environment, and everything works as you expect. OR, if you're using Workflow DevKit, then you can call them with `start` and get all the features of Workflow DevKit

See Workflow DevKit here: useworkflow.dev/docs/getting… And a longer blog post I wrote that gets into how we made our workflows durable. Thank you @TooTallNate and @vercel folks for helping us figure out the details to make this possible mux.com/blog/launching-durab…

Shoutout to Justus on Venmo who bought $5 worth of ecstasy from a guy named Dylan and sent me the money... only to realize it was the wrong Dylan and when he tried to request it back he sent me another $5 My dude... I think you need to stop doing drugs. Or spend more than $5 so you get better stuff

Love seeing @NickBastone start his second newsletter (after selling The SF Minute to Axios) This makes it easy to keep up with the tour drama. Well written in Nick’s distinctive style
Friends, I recently started a newsletter that covers the wide world of golf — a game I've played (and loved) since I was a kid. If you're golf obsessed or just getting into it, I'd love for you to check it out. Here's the latest addition: quickninegolf.beehiiv.com/p/…

Starting hacking on some iOS stuff after a long time and it took me ~20 mins to realize what felt wrong: There's no Github Copilot in XCode It's kind of amazing how quickly Copilot became essential to my dev workflow, and how slow I feel without it

I sent an epub file to my Kindle and I'm reading & highlighting things. Is there really no way to get those highlights out?
