This clouded yellow butterfly made an uncommon appearance in Braunton Burrows, after making its way from Europe for the breeding season.
Thank you to Rupert from @Love_plants for the photo!
We chose the best day for another birch pulling session today and we even did a butterfly survey in the middle - very productive! 🦋☀️
Thank you to our volunteers who clambered through thickets of gorse to get the job done 🙏
As a bonus, we found 4-5 different shield bugs!
Did you know we're working to rejuvenate the largest uninterrupted sand dune system in the UK?🏖️
