Please be advised, beginning this evening 11/22/2022 at 9PM EST the data centre will be performing additional maintenance to the storage array to ensure remediation in a follow up from last weekends events. No downtime is expected.

At this time after many hours of uninterrupted operation we have declared the data array stable in our data centre. A few maintenance windows over the coming days will be required to permanently resolve the issue. Notifications will be posted.

Update on service outage; The data array has been repaired and is stable after over an hour of operation. We are contacting clients and resetting some servers at this time, if your service is not restored fully yet please submit a ticket or reply to an existing one to alert us.

Update: Hardware replacements have been completed in the data array and migration of VM's on to the new hardware is in progress.

We are currently experiencing a service outage at our New York-based provider's facility. This has affected a significant number of our shared hosting and VPS customers. Our engineering team has made this its top priority. We will post further updates as they come.
