I was going to make a joke about @BrandonPerna being able to drop his Broncos video early, since I assumed he started working on the "new worst game ever" at halftime, but he generally seems like a nice guy and I'm starting to feel bad for him.

What happened @AlaskaAir ? You used to be the always on time airline? I believe my last 5 flights with you have not been on time . I am now going to miss the father daughter dance tonight. 5 hour delay when we have been told 15 more minutes 10 times

I gave the @TrainerRoad screen the finger at the end of that workout. I'm not proud of it, just saying it happened. And yet we will do it all again tomorrow.

Jan 1 (cont) 12/30 80 min easy run, 9 miles and change, legs heavy, did not feel easy at the end 1500 yard swim 12/31 90 min tempo ride with 8x20 sec sprints every 5 min. 1/1 dragged my self out of bed and got in 1 hour bike workout with sweet spot cadence drills

Jan 1! Gotta go back a few days though as I have been slippin. Friday 12/28 25 min stepped power test Saturday 12/29 2.5 hour sweet spot workout with 15 min intervals alternating between just below, at, or just above sweet spot
Dec 24th. Been absent from posting for about a week. Had a very sick kiddo all week and that took priority. Had a couple good bike sessions and an ok run. But have not been in the pool in 10 days.
Dec 16th. 7 mile run at sub 8 min pace. Rest of the day spent making Christmas cookies with Kendra and Kadence

Dec 15th. 2 hour mountain bike ride. Had not been on dirt in a month. Missed it!

Dec 14th. 10x1 min run intervals followed by swimming 100s SCY leaving on the 1:50. Did not feel super good about either, but this first phase is all about getting used to consistent sessions.

Dec 13th. Windstorm kept Kadence up a part of the night and that made a 4 am workout a bridge too far. Feel like I needed the rest as well. Time to make up for it tomorrow.

Dec 12, 60 min of PT. 3.5 mile tempo run. 1600 SCY in the pool 3x400 3x100 all out. Tired.

Dec 11th. Hour on the rollers with 40 min at tempo. Harder than it should have been but legs are finally recovering.

Dec 9th Legs thrashed from 13.1 that I over ran and under trained for. 500 SCY in pool some water jogging and lots of stretching. 35, D.

Think I am going to copy @comamitc and document training for my 3rd IM. Goal finish time 10:45, with a super stretch goal of sub 10.

Wearing my @RSherman_25 jersey today. The only pro jersey I own. Yes the INTs and passes defended are fun stats, but the hawks have lots of talented players, I picked RS25 because of this. richardsherman25.com/blogs/b…

I admit to being a gear guy, so it is killing me that my @OspreyPacks momentum has nothing wrong with it after 5 years and 15k miles of use. How is a guy supposed to justify getting a new one!
