In the past, NH House and Senate have passed a conditional continuing resolution on the last day (Thurs.) without need for a special session, when there was a question about whether the governor would veto. None of this chaos is necessary, nor is a special session. #nhpolitics

This new bill is so extreme it removes confidential birth control for teens. When teens can't get birth control confidentially, they still have sex, but they are less safe about it. NH has the lowest teen pregnancy rates now - this bill, if passed, could change that. #NHPolitics
