Cambridge City Council @camcitco has failed to elect a new leader at their annual meeting today.
Labour's Cllr Katie Thornburrow was the only nominee, but both Greens and Lib Dems voted against.
The parties took almost two-hours to discuss - only to vote the exact same way.
It's been an exciting election at @camcitco with plenty of upsets, and @CambridgeGreens have come out on top - now the second largest party.
