Why shouldn't a Christian be able to stand in Riyadh, Islamabad, or Kabul and publicly preach Christianity, hand out Bibles, and invite people to become Christian? If we ask others to respect our religious freedom, shouldn't we be willing to respect theirs too? Either freedom of religion is a principle. Or it's a privilege we demand for ourselves but deny to others.

Turn the other cheek. Forgive again and again. Come to me if you are weary, and you will find rest. No force. No threat. Just a call to love, peace, and a direct relationship with God. What happens to a heart that has only known fear when it hears that? The Gospel speaks about life, hope, and freedom. And that is exactly why some systems try to shut it out. Because once people are allowed to hear both sides clearly, control becomes harder to maintain.
