Many unit tests are useless and 100% code coverage is a red herring
1. Refactor some code. Don't change behavior, but the underlying impl. If it breaks a test, delete the test
2. Try to break a test, swap == with != or comment out a line. If test doesn't break, delete the test

Among the 100,000 new registrations:
• 84% are younger voters (ages 18-34)
