Seeing the positive change brief interventions can bring to an individual’s well-being is highly rewarding and highlights to me the value of the low-intensity psychological practitioner role

Today marks 20 years since I started training as a Primary Care Graduate Mental Health Worker (PWP in today's money!). I've always remained part of the low intensity workforce both in services & training. Proud of what we started, where we are going & proud of my role in it all!
