Most of you don't have an ads problems. You have a discipline problem. You'll test 5 creatives and call it a day You'll spend $200 and then cry that "ecom doesn't work" You'll tweak colors on your site for 3 days but spend 3 minutes studying buyers That's why you're stuck.

there's a store i started working with eight months ago supplements, competitive niche, $350k a month, meta ads doing what meta ads do they were spending $5,000 a day and reaching nearly 400,000 people nearly 400,000 people saw the ad and felt nothing not because the creative was bad because the ad was speaking to a version of the customer that didn't exist the founder knew the demographics 34 to 52, mostly female, health conscious, disposable income he didn't know his actual buyer had tried three supplements in the past two years and blamed herself when they didn't work she wasn't buying his product because of the ingredient stack she bought because of a single line in one of his ads that made her feel seen that line was almost accidental nobody on the team knew it was carrying the whole thing we found it by pulling apart every winning creative and tracing exactly where it converted then built everything around that one psychological truth new hooks, new angles, new briefs all extracted from a single sentence that worked purchase conversion went from 1.2% to 3.1% in six weeks same spend, same audience, same algorithm the ad was always reaching her it just wasn't saying anything that made her feel understood enough to stop scrolling advertising doesn't reach your customer the right sentence does the ad is just the vehicle it travels in

Winning products don't exist. Any product can win if you know winning psychology. Every product that I've scaled to $500K/month solved one of these: - vanity - laziness - fear - desire Pick one. Go all in. Scale.

You don't skills to scale in ecom. You need delusion. I launched 19 products, came really close to shutting everything down 8 times before my first $1M/month. Believe it. Launch it. Achieve it.

I believe Influencer gifting at $100K/month is vanity. I've seen brands send $15K worth of product to 200 micro influencers. Get 22 posts. 11K in attributed revenue. That same $15K in a properly structured Meta campaign would have done $47K. Track everything or stop doing it.

99% of ecom dudes stuck at $100k/month think they have a marketing or ads problem. You don't. You have a "operational drag" problem. Here's what that means: your ads are fine your creatives work your offer interests people but what's damaging is the friction inside your own business. for example: 1/ slow fulfillment 2/ inconsistent inventory 3/ ROAS dropping because backend can't keep up 4/ cash flow trapped in dead stock 5/ support tickets piling up 6/ margins leaking from dumb decisions nobody tracks this is the part nobody talks about because it isn't sexy because this is the difference between a brand stuck at $100K/month and a brand making $1M/month. scaling isn't about doing more. it's about removing the things that slow you down.

I made $52K/month from a page that used to say “thanks for your order.” How? The first 60 seconds after someone buys is the most valuable real estate in your store. Most brands waste it on a generic confirmation page. We replaced ours with a simple one-click upsell. “Want to add this for 25% off before your order ships?”

People think ecom is easy They see the revenue screenshots, they don't see the empty bank account. They see 1000 orders today, they don't see the refunds, chargebacks and ad bills. Everyone wants a $1M/month store, nobody wants the grind it takes to actually build one.

TikTok organic isn't free marketing. It costs 40 hours of editing a week for a 0.01% chance at a viral spike that crashes your logistics. Run ads. Target your actual buyer. Scale predictably. Leave the dance trends to the kids.

The easiest revenue in your store is sitting in your lapsed customer list. People who bought 6 months ago and never came back. They already trusted you once. A winback sequence with the right offer is the closest thing to free money in ecom. Most stores have thousands of them sitting there untouched.

80% of your sales come from 20% of your product page. Most stores fail because they never find it Don't be one of them.

My worst month ever was -$29,000. I came close to shutting everything down. Now I'm proud of where I'm at. Most people don't lose because they fail. They lose because they quit during the month that would've made them.

Batman Ecom tip 1/30: Most stores treat free shipping like a kindness. It's not. It's a conversion tool. Raised our free shipping threshold from $35 to $65. AOV went from $41 to $67 in 3 weeks. People will spend $26 more to avoid paying $6. Every time.
