With organizational shifts and cultural changes, it can be challenging as a leader to know what to do or how to lead your organization.
Your team may be feeling tense, uncertain, anxious, or overwhelmed. And you might be too.
👇 So what should you do?
4️⃣ Make space for people to share their concerns and how they're feeling. Odds are, if your team is feeling concerned, they're talking about it with someone. By being that someone, you're creating an opportunity for feedback & make space for people to get it off their chest.
5️⃣ Be real and vulnerable with your team. When you open yourself up, it gives the rest of your team permission to be more real themselves and share their own emotions.
What's stopping YOU from living your best life?
Oftentimes, we tell ourselves stories that no longer serve us... and prevent us from taking the necessary steps forward.
Last week, @josh_berry shared a framework for identifying these stories & writing new ones.
