Dr Charles Osterberg is the first in central Texas to use Optilume, a novel drug coated balloon, that allows for urethral dilation to treat urethral strictures of the anterior urethra. We’re happy to offer this in office so that patients can recover quickly w/ minimal down time.

Proud to share in @urogoldjournal our opiate minimization protocol for outpatient urethroplasty which we have done since 2021 with no differences in postop VAS scores and low interference with QoL measures.
