All your problems are in the mind. What happens if you experiment and start watching your mind? This is how you create a gap between the watcher, you and the ongoing thoughts. The problems are in the form of thoughts. Everything in the world, even your personal limited existence is a thought. Be still and know yourself.

Have no attachment. No state is worth attaching to. Because it's a state - it comes and goes. The unnamed free one is ever free. Doesn't matter what the mind says. Ignore the mind.

There's nothing to do because - who will do anything? Is there a distinct entity that does some action? Is there a separate self? The universe is you. There's no other reality than this. The mind might come up with more words, that's just for entertainment. Real enjoyment/happiness begins when you see yourself in everyone and everyone in yourself.

The end of all spiritual search is to know you exist as all. There are no two. No separation. Existence can't be divided. Consciousness can't be two. Reality is - mind creates a dream of the self (ego) - where none of that exists. I AM only IS.

Don't believe every story that the mind creates. Don't believe the thoughts - that's how you disidentify from thoughts. Let it create anything, know it's not real because it's the past. You are in the present. Thoughts are originating from the past. Be aware of what thought is occurring right now - and see that as a thought. Also see you are here. You are not moving with the thoughts. Actually, you are watching them. Let the thoughts be. Allow yourself to have them. Stay with them. Be with them - present. This heals you as you see and know you are present and thoughts are past.

Don't look for your partner to be aware. Be aware yourself. That's what turning within means. You stop looking at others. You recognise you are not awake to the present and you consciously become aware. You watch the mind. You watch all the stories the mind creates in the present moment. And you see they are all false. They are all past. They are not happening in this moment. You realise - thoughts are dreams. In this realisation you are free. You are more than the mind. You are not the mind, the thoughts. Watch them - whatever they say - they hold no significance.

Attachment and Freedom You cannot escape so easily from attachment. It will take new forms, new shapes. You will be deceived, but this will be there. So do not fight with attachment, just try to understand why it is there. And then know the deep cause: because you are not, this attachment is there. Inside, you your own self is so much absent that you try to cling to anything in order to feel safe. You are not rooted, so you try to make anything your roots. When you are rooted in your self, when you know who you are, what this being is which is in you and what this consciousness is which is in you, then you will not cling to anyone. Seriousness is sickness. When we become unattached, we are wholeheartedly playful. We are complete. In this state "Nothing matters but everything is honoured." This is the source of true happiness. Allowing what is - without any expectation of the I. Freedom is right here when we let go of our lingering expectations. When the person is not here. No ideas, no bondage.

What we seek is already here. It is eternal. Forever here, present. Only our attention is taken up by past and future thoughts. Paying total attention to what's here - without labels - is freedom. Fulfilment is realised when you are awake to the present.

Not rushing is very important. We need to learn to pause. Learn to just look and listen. Not to gain anything out of the experience happening right now. Observing the body and mind, without trying to change anything. That's healing. Slowing down the actions of the body, paying full attention to the movement of the body - we stop rushing to get anywhere else. We become present. We realise what is here is already complete. Watch the movement of thought. Watch the body. Pause and be still. This is heaven. This is true fulfillment. You don't need anything fancy to be fulfilled - you need to stop and deeply look what's here.

If you look for enlightenment in the future, you will never get it there because future is a creation of the mind. You are enlightened now. If you don't see this, try removing all words from your experience and be as you are. You don't need to get to anything new - because there's nothing new in reality, there's only consciousness right here and right now.

We don't need to seek the future or worry about it. We can definitely plan actively about the future. But constantly thinking about it is futile. Enjoyment happens when we arrive to what's here and now. We don't seek. We stop and look at what's present here. Striving to get somewhere else we miss what's here, and what's here is life itself. You are home, you have arrived. Know this and enjoy this moment fully.

If a spiritual seeker can stop seeking, he can simply be in this moment. That's where he's trying to get. At peace within himself. He can't get there by moving. But only by being still and present with what is. Fulfilment is always right here, you miss it because your attention is not in the present. Be present and realise you do nothing, you never move.
