Background on me: $1 Million in spend on my ads & managed brands $1m - $5m per month in spend. Lead creative strategist working with ecom brands spending spending 7-8 figures and some times per month. Some of the brands I’ve worked with are Lymphoria, Yuaia Hair Care, kiierr, Onecompress, Zapply, Botanique Pairs, Ledisa, Rorra, Burrito Baby and many more. From making my own research, ads and statics. To hiring, training and managing creative strategist, video editors and ugc creators. Mostly within supplements though i’ve also worked with other niches within health, wellness, hair loss, skincare, testosterone, clothing and alot more. Most of my focus has been on Meta though some have been on Tik Tok, Google and Applovin. Following and implementing Evolve & EcomTalent by Spencer, Shawn and Karlos frameworks. Together with the classics of Breakthrough advertising, scientific advertising, stefans brain, the copy book and nick theriot. Including my own spin on things from experince. Understandable that some brands require 10 concepts daily while some require 1 per day. As long as everyone involved wins im all for it. Prefer quality over quantity in concept creation and true direct response marketing depth. Directly with a brand though open to any type if a good fit.

Brands like ARMRA will spend $1.4M at a 0.57 ROAS and not blink. At that scale, you don't need "perfect" ads to win. You need achievable targets that makes sense with the volume you're trying to hit. When your breakeven ROAS is low enough, everything changes. Your creative team's job becomes easier. Your hit rate goes up. Why? Because it's way easier to create an ad that spends $100K at 1.5X ROAS rather than a 2.5X ROAS. Most brands are chasing unsustainable ROAS targets as they try to push more spend. The real game isn't maximizing front-end profit. It's optimizing your backend so you can lower your target ROAS and keep scaling. That means LTV. Retention. Repeat customers. Because as you scale on Meta, your ROAS will decline.
