In the last weeks, I have been designing more in VS Code with Claude and less in Figma.
I only move pixels for the last 15% of the work. My agent does the rest faster than me.
In two years, I am sure I will not be moving pixels in Figma anymore.

I've just created a @Figma plugin in 2 hours with @AnthropicAI Claude 3.5 that creates synonyms for icons and adds them to the component's description for better icon finding.
I have 0 backend experience, and there is some @vercel server stuff and API calls to AI API 🤯

Say what you will about AI, but I am now able to create mockup models like this for products and now place my client's branding in place without some crazy Photoshop layers or an image that feels only slightly right.
The process looks like this now.
- Find some mockup inspo
- Open Midjourney
- Write a good prompt
- Tweak said prompt
- Download the image
- Open Illustrator
- Use the Mockup button, save & place in the client presentation.
