If you have flu, there are some things you can do to help get better more quickly.
Flu will often get better on its own, but it can make some people seriously ill. It's important to get the flu vaccine if you're eligible.
Get help in the right place this winter.
If you need urgent healthcare advice but it’s not an emergency, think NHS 111 first.
They can help you get the care you need at the right place.
Go online at 111.nhs.uk/ or call 111.
Help keep yourself and others well this winter by following these three steps:
🔹 Wash your hands frequently
🔹 Minimise contact with others if you’re feeling unwell
🔹 Get vaccinated
