The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (#EAACI) has published guidelines for the diagnosis of IgE-mediated #foodallergy. It discusses the methods used to develop the guidelines (scope of guidelines, expert group and stakeholder involvement, systematic review of the evidence and formulation of recommendations, peer-review and public consultation), guideline recommendations (allergy-focused clinical history, diagnostic tests, and oral food challenges), and a discussion (summary, strengths/limitations, and future perspectives).

Je bent betrokken bij verdere ontwikkelingen van onze immunoassays en doet bepalingen voor aanvragers uit het UMC Utrecht, maar ook daarbuiten. Zoals in samples van autoimmuunziekten in Canadese samples, infectieziekten in Gambia tot eczeem in Utrecht.
