ALT ROMA-GEM in Action in Patras! On 14–15 February 2026, partners of the Erasmus project ROMA-GEM – Roma Girls’ Empowerment through Mentorship met in Patras, Greece for an inspiring working meeting focused on WP3: Mentorship Toolkit & Training Curriculum. Teams from JOVESOLIDES (Spain), KAUZI Foundation (Bulgaria), ECO-IN Association (Türkiye), ENERGOI ROMA KOIN.S.EP (Greece) and Liofyllo SCE (Greece) Worked together to shape powerful learning and mentoring tools for young Roma women. 💬 We aligned: key competences training modules mentoring approaches digital learning tools All to make sure ROMA-GEM truly responds to Roma girls’ dreams, needs and real-life challenges. Together, we are building pathways to education, work, digital inclusion and self-confidence

ALT ROMA-GEM is moving from research to real action! We have successfully completed Work Package 2 (WP2), where Roma girls, community members and experts helped us identify the real barriers and real skills needed for education, work and entrepreneurship. Through surveys, focus groups and community research, we created: 📄 A Needs Analysis Report 🤝 A Mentorship Toolkit 📚 A Training Curriculum 🌍 A Stakeholder Framework Now we move to WP3 – Empowerment Toolkit & Training for Social, Digital & Green Entrepreneurship This means: ✔ Mentoring support for Roma girls ✔ Training in digital, green & social business ✔ Learning materials, videos & online tools ✔ Stronger pathways to education, work & independence 📌 What’s next?
