I rarely use paypal, but lately I've been receiving small unsolicited payments from random Russian(?) accounts. is my account being used in some sort of scam? if so, how does it work? @PayPal customer support is useless

I suspect that these ppl had their bank cards stolen, and the hackers are making payments to wholesome accounts like mine, in order to throw off the fraud detection algos..? idk
